Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with account managers to understand clients' needs.
  • Prepares job tickets, samples, and updates for production departments.
  • Performs quality control through signoffs and review of samples.
  • Communicates with assigned clients on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Keeps accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of company services including pertinent changes in postal rules, rates, etc.
  • Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business management
  • 2+ years of working as a business to business (b2b) customer service representative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
