Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

Communicate with account managers to understand clients' needs.
Prepares job tickets, samples, and updates for production departments.
Performs quality control through signoffs and review of samples.
Communicates with assigned clients on a regular basis.
Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Keeps accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Maintains updated knowledge of company services including pertinent changes in postal rules, rates, etc.
Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.

Requirements:

Associate degree in business management
2+ years of working as a business to business (b2b) customer service representative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
