Roberds Converting is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a family-owned business since 1907, providing roll to sheet converting for printing, packaging, paperboard and beyond. We’re looking for a qualified candidate to offer client-facing customer support and communication.
Details:
- Provide prompt and professional communication to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers, vendors, and partners
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with other departments and vendors
- Basic Math, Word, and Excell skills required
- Ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, patient, a collaborative problem-solver and has client-facing experience
