Roberds Converting is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a family-owned business since 1907, providing roll to sheet converting for printing, packaging, paperboard and beyond. We’re looking for a qualified candidate to offer client-facing customer support and communication.

Details:

Provide prompt and professional communication to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate product and service information to customers, vendors, and partners
Strong collaboration and communication skills with other departments and vendors
Basic Math, Word, and Excell skills required
Ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, patient, a collaborative problem-solver and has client-facing experience
