Overview: Able Printing, a family-owned local business in Columbus, OH, is excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for graphic design and print production. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in both prepress and production operations, contributing to the high-quality service we are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in prepress and production operations, ensuring high-quality output.
- Operate various digital machinery with precision and care. Basic knowledge of machine operation is preferred but not essential.
- Receive training on a range of equipment including digital copiers, latex printers, UV flatbeds, and various finishing machinery.
- Assist in various aspects of design and production to meet customer requirements.
- Be adaptable and willing to assist in different areas of the operation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in graphic design and print production.
- Basic understanding of digital machinery operation (preferred but not essential).
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Versatility in skills to adapt to a wide range of tasks and challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Willingness to be involved in various aspects of the business beyond typical job duties.
