Overview: Able Printing, a family-owned local business in Columbus, OH, is excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for graphic design and print production. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in both prepress and production operations, contributing to the high-quality service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in prepress and production operations, ensuring high-quality output.
Operate various digital machinery with precision and care. Basic knowledge of machine operation is preferred but not essential.
Receive training on a range of equipment including digital copiers, latex printers, UV flatbeds, and various finishing machinery.
Assist in various aspects of design and production to meet customer requirements.
Be adaptable and willing to assist in different areas of the operation as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience or interest in graphic design and print production.
Basic understanding of digital machinery operation (preferred but not essential).
Strong work ethic and a genuine desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Versatility in skills to adapt to a wide range of tasks and challenges.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Willingness to be involved in various aspects of the business beyond typical job duties.
