Field Service Technician

Mid-State Litho is a family‐owned equipment dealership in the printing industry, specializing in manufacturing equipment. We pride ourselves on providing top‐notch service and support to our customers, and we're seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and help drive our success.
As a Field Service Technician, you'll have the chance to work with cutting‐edge equipment and technology, including digital printers, paper folders, bookletmakers, hydraulic cutters, and more. You'll also have access to extensive in‐house and vendor training, including service and manufacturing training schools, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top‐notch service and technical support to customers across Michigan (95%) and Northern Indiana/Ohio (5%)
- Install and service equipment such as digital printers, paper folders, bookletmakers, and laminators
- Utilize your basic electrical knowledge, computer and mechanical skills, and troubleshooting abilities
- Participate in in‐house and vendor training, including service and manufacturing training schools
- Drive a company‐provided vehicle to customer sites
Requirements:
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Computer and mechanical skills
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work 8 AM ‐ 5 PM weekdays
Schedule/Job Type:
- Full-time
- 8-hour shift
- Monday - Friday
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Salary: $41,000 - $55,000 per year
