Southern Region Breakfast Forum - 10th Year of Forums!

The next Southern Region Breakfast Forum will take place on October 14.  This will mark the start of the 10^th year of these Forums.

Topic:             Top 10 Focus Areas to Improve Your Business

Presenter:      Tim Shepelak, The Growth Coach. 

Tim has spoken at previous Forums, getting excellent reviews.  He has worked with many well-known local companies over his twelve year career as a coach.  His business experience with companies such as Proctor and Gamble, Burke Market Research, and Halma plc, having held a variety of positions including CEO, President and CFO, provide for insightful, practical and thus beneficial presentations.   

Tim will be speaking at two Breakfast Forums – this one in October and then again in December.  The two sessions will be interrelated.  The first presentation will focus on:

• Are you really focusing on areas that will impact you the most?
• Or, are you getting bogged down with low-value items?
• Are you clear with yourself, let alone with your team, on where you are, where you want to go, and how you will get there?
• What are key areas on which you should focus yourself and your team?
• Are you really optimizing your position?

To address these questions, Tim has developed 10 focus areas for business improvement.  As part of the presentation you will be able to assess your situation by completing a personal scorecard on the 10 focus areas.
