The Affordable Care Act (ACA) seems to be changing every day now and Jim Kyger will provide a Health Care update, along with NLRB and labor news, such as the new reissue of the card check rule.  He'll review court cases to watch in 2014, DOL plans to update the overtime exemption regulations, new rules from the EEOC on fines, dress and grooming, and background checks, plus useful tools from the government on Form I-9 compliance.
