May's Advisory Council Meetings will Focus on Succession Planning
For most owners, the day will come when you’re ready for a change and want to consider options to “get out”. Popular options float through your mind like:
- Sell
- Merge
- Give it away to charity
- Dissolve
- Gift it to family
- Sell it to family
- Sell it to key employee(s)
- Sell it to all of your employees (ESOP)
- Any combination of the above.
If you are beginning to consider one or more of these options or are already into the process of succession planning, you'll want to attend one of our three regional area council meetings. Following the business portion of the meeting, Jim Russell of New Direction Partners will focus on Succession Planning for Owners and Managers.
