2020 Best Workplace in the Americas

Printing Industries of America (PIA) opened its 2020 Best Workplace in the Americas (BWA) program for submissions today with the entry deadline set for November 15, 2019. The awards program will continue to focus on Human Relations and recognize companies that have superior practices in three categories: Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Safety & Work Environment.

The BWA program will also provide the opportunity to achieve Safety Shield designation, which recognizes companies with an exceptional commitment to safety. Participating in the Safety Shield program provides a cost-effective assessment of your safety programs against OSHA standards based on the most common violations.

Receiving the Safety Shield designation allows companies to highlight their dedication to safety when hiring and retaining talent. Winners will receive a separate plaque commemorating your achievement as a Safety Shield recipient.

BWA winners will be awarded a Best Workplace in the Americas award, and a few exceptional companies will be awarded Best of the Best designations. Any U.S. or Canadian graphic communications company or supplier may enter. Applications must include all supporting documentation and submission fees.
