Printing Industries of Michigan Merger
The Boards of Directors for both the Printing Industries of Ohio • N.Kentucky and Printing Industries of Michigan (PIM), have agreed in concept to merge into one association that would serve the entire state of Ohio and Michigan and three counties in northern Kentucky. The respective boards have unanimously approved a plan to begin the due diligence process, with the appointment of transition teams to work out the details of the merger. The strategic vision behind the decision is to combine resources with the purpose of creating a stronger and more effective organization for member companies and the industry as a whole. The new organization will provide a wider range of programs to a membership of 400 companies, and will build on a history of success that extends back past 125 years.
