Attn: KOREnergy Demand Response Participants!
KOREnergy has scheduled its one (1) hour Mandatory Test – Electric Load Reduction for Thursday, September 8th, 2016, starting at 4:00pm Eastern and ending at 5:00pm Eastern. This date and time is mandatory for “all” customers enrolled in our Demand Response Program.
To date, we have had a record hot summer (June and July are in the top 5 hottest months in 50 years and August is on track to do the same). And next week’s forecast is also above normal. Therefore, I have scheduled the Test during the first full week of September as forecasted temperatures begin to moderate.
Please contact the Association if you have any questions or concerns about the mandatory test.
