Social Media Coordinator - Part Time
Printing Industries Education Funds (PIEF)
Overview
To administrator social sites (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Blogs) focusing on discussing The Printing Industries of Ohio • N. Kentucky and the printing industry. The sites would communicate about employment and career opportunities in the industry, emphasize association members, and chat about new technologies in printing, education, upcoming webinars and more.
Responsibilities
- Redesign Facebook and LinkedIn sites
- Create blogs
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at Printing Industries of Ohio • N. Kentucky
- Partner with staff to utilize social media as a voice to market key themes and messages
- Provide relevant content designed to intensify two-way communication between the Association and the intended audience on a regular basis
- Responsible for regular posts to all applicable social media outlets
- Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics
- May also include developing and/or revising text for other venues, including online communities, web articles and video blogs
Qualifications
- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and blogging experience
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to innovate and adapt easily to change
- Strong/open communication skills
