Maribeth Wuertz is an attorney in the firm's Cleveland office. She advises employers on developing effective strategies for addressing workplace issues while complying with myriad state and federal employment laws. In addition, she facilitates pro-active, employment relations programs for employers including employee attitude assessments, employment practice audits, and supervisory training. 

Maribeth has represented employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in all areas of labor relations and employment law. She frequently lectures on a variety of employment law issues including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), sexual and discriminatory harassment, and substance abuse in the workplace. Prior to joining private practice, Maribeth clerked for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
