The need to develop new accounts and increase workflow is not a new demand on our businesses. Since the first job was printed on an automatic printing machine, we realized the extra capacity that technology provided increased profit, so we embarked on a never-ending quest to develop new business. Growing sales was and is vital for profitability and ultimately the survival of our companies.
John Raithel has learned from years of providing consulting and training services that change is a process, not an event. He is a passionate promoter of professionalism in the sales process. His 35 years’ experience in printing and sales provides a proven approach to help achieve sales success in today's printing industry.
